On Site Trouble Shooting

This year Haffar Machine Shiraz has developed a more productive customer relation service. It is here that representatives from the after sales service department will be present on site the customers’ projects where ever in Iran it may be. We train the customer in how to work with theirmachine in any certain location and will solve any problems that customers have while working with their machine on site.

Present will also be a representative from public relations department who will be representing the managing director to overcome any other problems that customers have regarding their machines or with Haffar Machine Shiraz. This representative will in return report directly back to the managing director Mr. Hamid Reza Afrasiabi. This method has proven successful with our customers in Kaysoon Project in Khouzestan Province and AdishKar in Tabriz. Other customers can wait for representatives who will be visiting then soon.

Mr. Hamid Reza Afrasaibi personally saw to it that this approach was carried out for all users thus providing a closer relationship between himself and customer.
